Post-Concussion Syndrome & Cranial Misalignment

Even without losing consciousness, any blow or fall on the head will move cranial bones and upset the normal structural pattern that exists between the 22 interlocking bones of the head. This will upset the flow of the neurotransmitters that regulate emotions and mood and bring on anxiety symptoms. If no neurological hard signs like loss of balance, double vision or mental confusion are present, you and your doctor will likely assume that you have healed from head trauma and neither of you will make an association between the trauma and mental health symptoms.

If you experience anxiety, panic, lightheadedness, headaches, head pressure or clumsiness following head trauma, you may need biocranial or neurocranial restructuring (NCR) to help align your skull.
