How Increasing Your Vibrational Energy Stabilizes Your Nervous System

As a writer, the bulk of my time is spent at home in front of a computer screen. While much of the time the work interests and challenges me, writing can often be tedious, challenging, and sometimes boring.

How do I stay focused, and on task? I surround myself with sensory energy:

Playing on-going music;

Wearing crystal jewelry;

Dabbing on aromatherapy;

Resting my feet on a grounding mat;

Munching on foods from the earth;

Wearing natural clothing;

Surrounding myself with negative ions and vibration from a Schumann resonance machine;

Taking a break to stare at my vibrant color art, stained glass, and green plants.

All this sensory profusion increases my energy and vibration, enhancing happiness and flow in my being.

The universe is energy. At the most basic level, matter is composed of atoms and molecules, constantly in motion and vibrating at specific frequencies. The higher the frequency, the higher the energy.

Here are many ways to increase your vibrational energy.

Sound Vibration

Music radiates a frequency like almost no other stimulus. You can feel your internal state shift in response to music. This is because we can both hear and feel a loud sound through our sense of hearing and our sense of vibration. The deaf dance to music by feeling the vibrations. The dolphin "sees" with sound waves that bounce off objects of interest.

Choose high-vibe music to adjust your mood at will.

Color Power

Colors are light of varying wavelengths. Each color has a unique vibrational frequency measured in nanometers:

Red-740-625

Orange – 625-590

Yellow- 590-565

Green –565-520

Blue – 520-500

Indigo – 5500-435

Violet – 435-380

Bright, warm colors like yellow, orange, and red are often associated with energy, joy, and vitality. Cooler colors like blue and green are linked to calmness, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

Integrating these colors into your environment, through clothing, decor, or art can help create a space that resonates with the energy you wish to cultivate and impact mood and vigor.

Crystal Therapy

Crystals resonate at a certain frequency. For instance, clear quartz crystal resonates at 963 HZ, and rose quartz at 639 HZ. Many believe these frequencies maximize healing abilities, though there’s no scientific evidence for this.

When exposed to pure crystals (not those store-bought), many describe experiencing different states of mind:

Red, yellow. and orange tones, like garnet, yellow topaz, amber, and citrine stimulate.

Blues and purples, like lapis, sodalite, and amethyst calm.

Green stones, like turquoise and jade create peace.

Clear quartz crystal energizes you.

Rose quartz creates calm.

Here are some ways to take advantage of crystal healing:

Lie on a crystal mat. These mats work by emitting infrared radiation that penetrates deep into the body to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. When combined with the healing properties of crystals, like amethyst, jade, or tourmaline these mats provide additional benefits, such as enhanced relaxation, stress relief, and improved sleep quality.

Place a crystal on your body as a necklace or bracelet.

Carry a crystal in your pocket or place them throughout your home.

Earth’s Energy

Earth's natural frequency, also known as the Schumann Resonance, is approximately 7.83 Hz. Scientific studies show that the human brain reaches its ultimate potential for health and wellness when it resonates with the Earth's 7.83-hertz frequency. Staying in sync with the Earth's natural frequency can positively affect physical and mental health and promote overall wellbeing.

Here’s how.

Embracing Earthing

Also known as grounding, earthing connects you directly to the Earth's surface.

Here are ways to practice earthing:

Walk Barefoot. Take off your shoes and walk on grass, on sand at the beach, or anywhere in nature. When your bare skin touches the surface of the earth, or if you are immersed in a natural body of water, you tune to the Earth’s Schumann Resonance. If the bottom of your feet is too sensitive to trod on grass or sand, wear earthing shoes.

Use Grounding Mats. Sleep, work at the computer, or relax watching TV in contact with conductive sheets or mats that transfer earth energy to your body. Notice the difference when you don’t.

Be in Nature. Being in nature calms us down, cheers us up, energizes us, reduces stress, and increases our productivity. Take a walk, hug a tree, smell the flowers, plant a garden, get your hands in the dirt, visit a waterfall or a sacred high frequency location on the planet.

Emf’s

Unless you live off the grid, you likely reside near cell towers, 5G, and WiFi, all of which are harmful to both our body and mind. Studies show that frequencies emitted from electrical and mechanical appliances in our homes and workplaces, such as heating systems, and air conditioning interfere with the body's ability to stay in sync with the Earth's natural vibrations.

This interference can negatively impact the body's immune system, energy levels, and sleep quality. Some propose it could be a factor in the general angst of the nation.

What to do:

Wear an EMF shielding technology device to reduce and mitigate unhealthy invisible waves.

Put a warding device on your computer, TV, cell phone and tablet.

Take a bath with a pound of baking soda and a pound of Epsom or dead sea salt to clear EMFs from the body.

Try Energy Therapies

Energy therapies are based in part on improving the flow of energy through mind and body.

Reiki. A Japanese healing technique that uses gentle hand placements to transfer energy and promote healing.

Healing Touch. A form of energy therapy that uses gentle hand techniques to repattern a person's energy field and accelerate healing.

Sound therapy. The use of specific frequencies and harmonics to promote healing and relaxation.

Acupuncture. A traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow.

Qigong. A Chinese practice involving movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to regulate energy flow.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST). A therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system (membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord) and uses gentle, hands-on techniques to release restrictions and improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Practitioners feel for subtle rhythms in the body and may use their hands to encourage the body's natural healing processes.

Try all of these or a few. Experiment with what works best for you. With practice, you’ll begin to recognize and feel the shifts in your being, as you shape a new reality of higher frequencies, and greater zest and energy.
